Corporate Counsel On Course™ is a Domestic Nonprofit Corporation organized under the laws of the State of Texas.

The purposes of the Corporation are exclusively educational purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as now enacted or hereafter amended, including but not limited to providing continuing legal education to enhance skills and competencies through educational panel discussions, speaker presentations and workshops.
